For Students

Application Steps

  1. 1. Create Your Account
    Register on the portal, select your course and intake, and complete your personal and academic details.
  2. 2. Receive Your Letter of Offer
    Your offer will be delivered securely to your student portal for review.
  3. 3. Sign Your Offer Online
    Sign your offer using DocuSign. If updates are needed, contact Admissions through the portal.
  4. 4. Pay Your Deposit
    Make your payment online via debit/credit card or direct bank transfer.
  5. 5. Receive Your CoE
    Once your payment is confirmed, your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be uploaded to your portal.
  6. 6. Offshore Applicants
    Apply for your visa and manage CoE updates or OSHC requirements through the portal.
  7. 7. Onshore Applicants
    If no visa is required, simply wait for your intake date and begin your course.

For Agents

Enrolment Process

  1. 1. Log in to Your Portal
    Access your agent dashboard and start a new student application.
  2. 2. Submit Student Details
    Enter the student's course selection, intake, and personal information.
  3. 3. Review Letter of Offer
    Go through the offer with your student and request any changes via Admissions.
  4. 4. Arrange Payment
    Complete the deposit payment via card or bank transfer on behalf of your student.
  5. 5. Confirm CoE Availability
    Ensure the student's CoE is issued and accessible in the portal.
  6. 6. Support Visa Applications
    Assist offshore students with visa processing and OSHC, or monitor intake schedules for onshore students.
